Tucked into Copperfield in northwest Houston, Tandoori Hut was built on one promise: authentic Indian cooking made the right way, every day.

Paneer is made in-house. Dal makhani simmers overnight. Baigan bharta is charcoal-smoked. Spices are ground by hand — not opened from a jar.
